Who we serve
- Services on this site are provided exclusively to registered businesses and institutions with a valid GSTIN.
- We do not accept orders from individual consumers through this site.
Contracts and service levels
- Scope, SLA tier, escalation matrix and price per device are set out in a written proposal and the signed contract.
Invoices
- Every job produces a line-item GST invoice.
Devices and data
- We do not access, copy or modify storage contents. Drive handling for any job is decided by your IT team and recorded.
